The most important responsibility of our mandate is not what we do, but what we do not do. Our retail rules involves that:
- We do not sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 20
- We do not sell when there is a reason to suspect illegal resale
- We do not sell alcohol to a person who is intoxicated
Our sales staff is obliged to perform age-checks. If you are under 25 years old – please always show your identification before a purchase. To make a purchase for someone who is prohibited to make it them selves, is forbidden and subject to penalty.
Checks to prevent under-age drinking are a particularly important part of what we do. We are constantly working to make these checks more effective, for example via regular internal verification.
